How to use a straw briquetting machine?

As more and more people start to use straw briquette machines, people have also begun to pay attention to how to use them correctly, so how to use them correctly?

Straw is the most abundant agricultural waste biomass resource in our country. Straw is traditionally used as firewood, feed for large livestock and as organic fertilizer after incineration.

Using straw molding technology, loose and fine dead straw can be extruded into dense and regular blocks, with a density of 0.8~1.3g/cm³, and the energy density is comparable to that of median coal. The combustion characteristics of the molding fuel are significantly improved compared with those before molding. It is estimated that when it is burned in a special stove, its heat utilization rate is more than 60%, and there is basically no smoke and dust emission when the combustion is sufficient. Residual ash less than 7% is also a good fertilizer. Biomass fuel has the characteristics of long-lasting firepower, less black smoke, high furnace temperature, easy storage, transportation, use, clean and hygienic, and can replace fossil energy in the field of production and life, and can be used to provide heat, steam energy or power generation with good environmental protection and economic benefits. At present, the United States produces about 600,000 tons of molding fuel every year, Japan is now about 260,000 tons, and European countries are about 3 million tons. The use of foreign molding fuel is heating and fireplace fuel for high-end homes, and the price per ton can reach 110~150 euros.

Straw can also be used as livestock feed. Through crushing, shaping and processing, the loose straw is made into blocks, which become good roughage for ruminants such as horses, cattle, sheep, deer, and ostriches. Fiber and lignin are torn and softened under high temperature and pressure, and insecticidal sterilization and maturation are carried out in high temperature compression, so that their structure and chemical composition are changed, so that they are easy to digest and absorb by livestock, and have a certain paste aroma, and the feed intake rate is 100%. Briquetting feed increases the weight gain of beef cattle by 15% compared with corn straw, and the milk yield of dairy cows increases by 16.4%, which is known as the "compressed biscuit" of ruminants. Moreover, briquetting feed can be stored for 2 years after being sealed and packaged, which solves the problem of difficult straw storage and transportation. The following is how to use the Biomass briquetting machine:

1. Machine start; Throw the straw into the bin. When the pressure holding chamber reaches more than 140°, the heating cylinder enters a low-power insulation state; Hydraulic system starting. The pre-pressure chamber is adjusted to the specified volume; The mixing turntable feeds the straw material into the pre-compaction chamber.

2. After the pre-pressure cylinder preliminarily compresses the material, the straw material is pushed into the main pressure cavity of the straw briquetting machine for compression. the main pressure cylinder and clamping cylinder are used for compression pushing; The straw material is compressed and formed in the mold-holding cavity and is heated and pressured at the same time. The clamping cylinder is released, and the main pressure cylinder continues to push and push out the forming rod.

3. The main pressure cylinder and prepressure cylinder are reset, the mixing turntable rotates the feed, and the next briquetting action is repeated.

Only by mastering the correct use of the straw briquetting machine can it play its due role in use and bring convenience to people's production and life.
